Fees and Insurance
All sessions are 45 minutes in length unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.
Insurance
I participate in all the Blue Cross of Massachusetts insurance products. If I am a provider in your insurance plan, I will ask you to pay your copayment at the time of the visit, and I will bill the insurance for the remainder.
If I am not a provider in your insurance, I will ask you to pay in full at the time of the appointment, and I will give you the information you need to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company.
Insurance does not reimburse for Parent Coaching. I ask clients to pay me at the time of the appointment.
Fees
The fees for my services are as follows:
Initial Evaluation $175.00
Subsequent Psychotherapy Sessions $150.00
Parent Coaching $150.00
Other Services
The following are all billed on a pro-rated basis based on the fees above and are not reimbursed by insurance:
- Writing a letter or report
- Phone calls longer than 10 minutes with you or on your behalf
- Attendance at meetings and travel time
Because of the complexity of court appearances, I charge $175 per hour for attendance at court, testifying, preparation, and travel time.
